Refund policy

 

We hope you love your Cuadra purchase — but if something isn’t quite right, returning your order is simple.

Eligibility:

• Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

• Items must be in resalable condition, with original packaging included.

• After 30 days, we cannot accept returns or exchanges.

• Please ensure all items in your return match those listed on your prepaid shipping label.

How to Return:

1. Contact us at angel@kuet.us and we’ll guide you through the process.

2. We’ll provide a free ground return label for your shipment.

3. Once we receive your items in resalable condition, your refund will be processed within 3–5 business days and credited back to your original form of payment.

4. You’ll receive an email confirmation once your return is complete.

Additional Information:

• Shipping charges from the original order are non-refundable.

• Products marked as “non-returnable” on our site are final sale and cannot be refunded or exchanged.
