Refund policy

Easy Returns — 30 Days

We want you to love your Cuadra purchase. If something isn't right, we make it easy to return.

What's eligible:

• Items returned within 30 days of delivery
• Unworn, in original condition with all tags attached
• Original packaging included

How to return:

1. Email us at angel@kuet.us
2. We'll send you a free prepaid return label
3. Ship your item back using our label
4. Once we receive your item in perfect condition, we'll process your request within 3–5 business days

Your options:

• Refund — Full refund to your original payment method
• Exchange — Swap for a different size or another style from our catalog. If it costs less, we will refund the difference; if it costs the same, we will send it to you; and if it costs more, you'll only pay the difference

Good to know:

• Original shipping charges are non-refundable
• Items marked "Final Sale" cannot be returned or exchanged
• Holiday orders (Nov 18 – Dec 31): extended return window of 45 days
