  • Shipping Costs: Shipping charges are calculated at checkout and are based on weight, dimensions, and destination. These charges are non-refundable, as they are paid directly to the carrier for services rendered.

  • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. During peak periods, additional processing time may apply.


3. Delivery Timeframes

  • Estimated Delivery: Standard delivery times range from 3–7 business days after shipment, depending on destination.

  • No Guarantee: Delivery estimates are provided as a convenience. Kuet does not guarantee delivery dates and is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.


4. Title, Risk of Loss, and Damage

  • Transfer of Risk: Title and risk of loss pass to you once the merchandise is delivered to the carrier.

  • Responsibility: Kuet is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage of items once they are in the carrier’s possession.

  • Claims: If your package is lost or damaged in transit, you must file a claim directly with the shipping carrier. We will assist with information to support your claim, but we cannot issue refunds or replacements for items lost or damaged during shipping.


5. Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently ship only to addresses within the United States. International shipping is not available at this time.

  • Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or freight forwarding companies.

  • Certain oversized, restricted, or high-value items may require special handling or delivery methods.


6. Order Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking information.

  • Customers are responsible for monitoring the tracking link and coordinating with the carrier for delivery.


7. Non-Delivery and Returned Packages

  • If a package is returned to Kuet due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, refusal of delivery, or multiple failed delivery attempts, the customer will be responsible for any reshipment fees.

  • Original shipping charges remain non-refundable.


8. Shipping Fees Are Non-Refundable

  • All shipping and handling charges are service fees paid to third-party carriers.

  • These fees are non-refundable, including in the case of returns, exchanges, or claims of non-delivery.

  • Only the cost of merchandise (subject to our Return Policy) may be eligible for refund.
